Return Policy

• Items outside of Ursalia Fibres Studio yarns can't be exchanged or returned.

•  14-day return policy: once you receive your item, you have 14 days to ask for a return.

   

• Be advised that the costs of shipping for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

• To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the condition you received them (unworn/unused, with tags, not winded). You will also need the receipt.

   

• Before sending the items back, you must contact us at ursaliafibresstudio@gmail.com. Items sent back without requesting a return won’t be accepted.

 

Non-returnable Items

• Digital goods (like patterns), custom orders (personalized skeins) cannot be returned.

• Items on sale cannot be returned.

• Items others than Ursalia Fibres Studio brands items can't be exchanged or returned.

 

Shipping for Returns

• The shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

• The original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
